SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. Active markets include the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait), Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea.

CARRIERS AND TRANSIT TIMES
Orders are shipped by DHL, UPS or Aramex with door-to-door tracking. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Dispatch normally takes 1-3 business days after payment, as every item is re-checked and photographed before packing.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice for customs clearance. Import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. We have shipped to 40+ countries and can assist with paperwork questions — just ask.

PACKING
Industrial components are packed in protective foam and double-walled cartons. Heavy items (large breakers, drives, panels) are crated where needed.
